EU AI Act · Art. 50

AI image disclosure, handled out of the box.

The EU AI Act requires a clear, visible disclosure whenever a website shows an AI-generated or AI-manipulated image. Blog-Maker handles that automatically, for every image we generate for you, on your own site and every connected one.

This exact badge appears on every image we generate, live on your site.

How the disclosure works

Only what we generated gets labeled

An image gets the badge only when we generated it and no human photo credit was applied. A real photo, your own upload, or an externally linked image stays untouched, because it needs no disclosure.

Automatic on publish

The moment an article goes live, Blog-Maker attaches the badge directly to the image. It is part of the article's HTML, not an afterthought checkbox or a plugin you have to maintain yourself.

Works on every connected site

Whether your target is WordPress, WooCommerce, mylandingpage.ai, or your own REST backend: the badge is part of what we send to your target, it does not depend on a particular CMS plugin.

Common questions

Do I need to set anything up for the disclosure to work?

No. If your target is WordPress, WooCommerce, or mylandingpage.ai, the disclosure ships automatically. Only with a self-built custom REST backend does your receiver need to render the badge markup we provide, and there's a ready-made guide for that.

What about images I upload myself?

Those get no badge, because they carry no AI origin. The disclosure requirement applies only to AI-generated or AI-manipulated images, not real photos.

Can I remove or disable the badge?

No, on purpose. The disclosure is a legal requirement under EU AI Act Art. 50(4), not an optional design element.

Automatic AI-image labeling, without having to think about it.

Blog-Maker generates images, discloses them correctly, and publishes them, all in one pass.
